Paragliding in Poland Both hang gliding and paragliding are popular in the Beskid, Bieszczady and Sudety mountains. The town of Leszno (western Poland) is Poland’s main gliding center. You can also practice gliding and parachuting in Jelenia Góra (western Poland), Nowy Targ, Krosno, Żary (southern Poland) and Lisie Kąty (central Poland). The necessary equipment is provided by parachute centers. Training includes both theoretical and practical instruction on different levels. We offer course in one of the licensed schools, which have professional instructors.
